Caramelized Banana Martini

  • ½ banana
  • 12,5ml caramel syrup
  • 75ml milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Place ice into a martini glass to chill
  • Place half a banana into a cocktail shaker
  • Pour 12,5ml of caramel syrup over the banana
  • Press the banana and syrup together using the muddle stick
  • Fill the shaker with cubed ice
  • Pour 75ml of milk into the shaker and then add a pinch of cinnamon
  • Close the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds
  • Remove the ice from the martini glass
  • Pour the cocktail into the glass
  • Garnish with a slice of banana and a line of ground cinnamon
